Occasions Caterers was founded in 1986 by twin brothers, Eric and Mark Michael with big ideas in a tiny apartment kitchen. Believing that food at catered parties should have the same high-quality ingredients, inventiveness and style as the best restaurants anywhere and knowing that the people preparing and serving the meal should be as gracious, knowledgeable and polished as the best service ever experienced; they created Occasions Caterers and became the standard-bearer for catered event in DC and beyond. Today the kitchen is bigger and the team has grown but the ideas are the same: Food first. Inspired by ingredients. Great service.
Ridgewells Catering was founded as a family business in 1928; the Ridgewells of the 21st century retains the same intimacy and level of personal service. Our inception as caterers to the diplomatic corps imbued us from the start with a high regard for the very best in quality, freshness, service and setting.
Well Dunn has been catering events in the nation’s Capitol for more than 30 years. A true boutique caterer, we provide clients with personal attention, stylish design and menus with a smart mix of trendy and classic. Long before the recent fad, we purposefully sourced the best available local, sustainable foods and ingredients. Shouldn’t everything in life be Well Dunn?
